This is great for 2 things, finding trends that annoy people in your industry. If you just scroll through 2 or 3 pages you’ll start to see tweets popping up about the same complaints. So you can learn from your competitors mistakes to avoid making the same mistakes.
Now #2, we can also try and steal our competitors users. For example, you can see some of the complaining about things, you can like or follow these users using Automation and send a message or tweet reply saying hey @user have you heard about Notifia.io? We offer similar services to XYZ and offer better ABC so you don’t have to worry about -problem listed-
Or something along these lines. One of the most powerful things about this, is the customer is annoyed at your competitor which is why they are complaining. So as you are contacting them at the right moment they feel that switching to a competitor (you) is actually getting back at the service they are annoyed at - A kind of “Revenge Sign up”
